Can you see my credit card details?  We use the Sage Pay system, which encrypts all your personal details. This is a system used by thousands of internet retailers, your transaction is therefore safe and secure.

I want an item which is out of stock, how long will it take to get it back in stock?  It is always worth dropping us an email, as we will always try our best to replensih stock ASAP. If we know the item will be back in stock soon, it will show on the item details.

Can you send an item overnight?  Yes, you are given the option when you go to checkout. The only items not available next day are those that are made to order. These are noted on the item page.

I don't want to use my credit card on line; how else can I pay?  You can ring us and we can take payment over the phone or you can request an order via post with a cheque. The item will be posted as soon as the cheque is cleared.

Will you pass my email address to anyone else?  No, your email address is safe with us and will only be used by us if you have registered for updates.

Do you have a shop?  We have a number of stockists in Cornwall and Devon, you can find these on our Stockists and links page. We are also open to the public at our workshops at Wheal Jane and anyone is welcome to visit Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 2:30pm.

Can I add items to an existing order?  If you have already placed your order online you will need to ring or email us so that we can add any further purchases without you paying the full postage again.

When will payment be deducted?  Your card will be debited at the time of your order.

How will I know when you have received my order?  After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. You will also recieve an email when your order has been despatched.

Can I return or exchange an item? You may return an item for an exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase. Over the Christmas period our policy is extended.

We require that items be returned new, unused and in the box provided. We reserve the right to refuse merchandise that is not received in the above-specified conditions. To ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you send your items back to us in the original packaging. Personalised or made to order goods cannot be returned.

Do I need to sign for my order?  If you have chosen 1st class signed for or next day delivery, you will be required to sign for your package.

Is my package insured?  All items sent 1st class signed for and next day delivery are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from South Crofty Collection to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the given delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by Royal Mail insurance.

What packaging will my order be shipped in?  All South Crofty Collection jewellery are packaged in a silver coloured presentation box with a certificate of authentication. If any of our items are packaged differently it will be stated on the item details. We send all items out in a plain white bubble envelope with our address stamp but not our company name.

How soon will I get my order?  We try to send everything out on the day of purchase (if ordered before 2pm), please allow a maximum of 5 working days for the delivery of your item if it is shown as in stock. If you have ordered for next day delivery (before 2pm and not made to order) the item will be with you by 1pm the following day.
