Please note that because our products are handmade, there may be a small amount of variation between individual items. We cannot guarantee that products will exactly match those seen in photographs displayed on our website as web pages and images are rendered differently depending on the computer monitor used. Product dimensions given are also an approximation, and products may not be photographed to scale or to represent actual size.

PRICING, PAYMENT AND ORDERING
All prices displayed on this website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT.

Payment for all purchases must be made in full at the time of ordering. Our website uses the secure gateway Worldpay which encrypts your card details to keep them safe. South Crofty Collection staff do not see or store your card details.
Should your order need to be cancelled, either by us or by you, we will issue you a full refund for the amount that has been charged to you. Please be aware that this only applies prior to your order being dispatched. If your order has already left us and is being delivered to you, we cannot issue a refund until it is returned to us.
Please be aware that, depending on your bank, it may take several days for a refunded amount to become available again in your account.
Once you have placed an order with us through our website, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing the details of your order. Please be aware that all orders are subject to stock availability.
We deliver to addresses worldwide.
Delivery to addresses located on the United Kingdom mainland is free of charge for standard delivery by Royal Mail 1st Class service. Delivery within the UK using the Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed Service incurs a charge. Please see our Delivery and Returns page for details.

Delivery times in the UK are dependent on the Royal Mail delivery service. Once an order has been dispatched we have no control over its whereabouts or the speed at which it is delivered.
Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed Delivery is only guaranteed for orders made before 3pm Monday to Thursday. If an order is placed after 3pm, it may be processed the next day and therefore would not arrive until the day after. For orders placed on a Friday, there can be no guarantee that Royal Mail will make a delivery on the Saturday. South Crofty Collection is not liable for failure by Royal Mail to deliver an item on time.
However, if you pay for the Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed Service before 3pm and we fail to dispatch it the same day, we will then issue a full refund for the postage charge incurred.
Please be aware we are closed on weekends and bank holidays. Orders received during those times will be processed the next working day.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You can return any unworn item for an exchange or refund within 28 days of purchase.
Please send the item by recorded delivery and enclose a brief covering letter that includes your name, address and a contact number/email, along with the reason for the return and whether you wish to exchange or receive a refund. Once the item has been received, we will process the exchange/refund for you. Please be aware that items that arrive damaged will not be refunded.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept earrings for exchange or return for hygiene reasons, unless they prove faulty.
In the unlikely event an item does prove faulty, we will be happy to repair or replace as appropriate at no cost to you. This does not cover general wear and tear. Please be aware that some items may have been discontinued, and in this case we will endeavour to repair or replace the item subject to availability.
