Order before 3pm for same day dispatch. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. Orders received during these times will be processed the next working day.
Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery is free on all orders over £20. For orders under £20, there will be a shipping fee of £2.90. Expected delivery time within the UK is 3-5 working days.
Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery is also available for purchases made before 3pm at a cost of £7.00. A signature will be required to accept delivery.
Royal Mail Guaranteed Saturday Delivery is available for purchases made before 3pm on a Friday at a cost of £17.50. A signature will be required to accept delivery.
All international deliveries will require a signature upon receipt. Tracking services will be provided where possible, but please be aware that some countries do not support mail tracking services. For further details, please visit the Royal Mail website.
Europe - £9.00. Expected delivery time is 7-14 working days.
Rest of world - £10.00. Expected delivery time is 14-21 working days.
Our last postal date will be Friday 20th December 2019. After this date all orders will be sent out again on Thursday 2nd January 2020.
Can I return an item?
You may return any unworn item for exchange or refund within 28 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept earring returns for hygiene reasons, unless they prove faulty.
Please send your item by recorded delivery and enclose a brief covering letter that includes your name, address and a contact number/email, along with the reasons for return and whether you would like an exchange or a refund. Our returns address is:

Please be aware that items that arrive damaged will not be refunded.
Can I exchange an item?
If you wish to exchange your goods, please contact us by telephone on 01872 560200 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to arrange this for you. Again, please note we are unable to exchange earrings for hygiene reasons.
In the unlikely event that any item proves faulty, we will be happy to repair or replace as appropriate. Please contact us at email@example.com or telephone 01872 560200.
Please note this does not cover general wear and tear or accidental damage. Please also note that some items may have been discontinued, and in this case we will be unable to repair or replace a faulty piece.
Lost earrings or cufflinks
If you lose an earring or cufflink, we can sell you a single as a replacement as long as the item has not been discontinued. We would need to know if you need the left or right one replaced, so please contact us if you would like to arrange this.
