I need an item urgently, how quickly can I get it?

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day as they are placed, but due to the busy nature of our business we can only guarantee this for orders placed before 2pm. Stock availability must also be taken into account, and sometimes items may take longer to dispatch. Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery is available on all items. However, if any item is out of stock or subject to delay, this will be clearly stated on the individual item's product information and will not be available for immediate dispatch. What is the likelihood of being allergic to tin jewellery?

Tin is an extremely pure metal and we are not aware of anyone being allergic to tin jewellery. All our pendant chains, cufflink backs and earring backs are sterling silver.

How do I look after my jewellery?

Tin will naturally darken over time, and to keep it looking its best we recommend washing in warm soapy water (washing-up liquid is ideal) and buffing with a dry cloth. We can on some occasions put products through our polisher, email contact@southcroftycollection.co.uk for more information. 

What packaging will my order be shipped in?

All orders are dispatched in a protective bubble wrap envelope with our address stamp but not our company name.

Do you have a shop?

The South Crofty Collection does not have a physical shop, but you are welcome to come and visit us on site at Newquay in Cornwall where you can view our items and purchase from us directly (subject to stock availability). If you would like to do this, please call ahead and arrange an appointment as our workshop opens irregular hours.

How will I know when you have received my order?

You will be sent an automated email confirming your order has been received. You will also receive an email when your order has been dispatched. If you don't receive an email confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.

When will payment be deducted?

Your card will be debited at the time of your order.

Can you see my credit card details?

No. We use the WorldPay secure gateway which encrypts all your personal details. This is a system used by thousands of internet retailers, so your transaction is therefore safe and secure.

I don't want to use my credit card online. How else can I pay?

You are welcome to call us and we can take payment over the phone.

Will you pass my email address to anyone else?

No, your email address is safe with us. If you opt-in to join our marketing database, we will occasionally email you with the latest news, offers and updates from our shop. You can opt out of this at any time.
